We understand your assistive technology (AT) needs still exist (and have possible increased) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The KATS Network and Project CARAT is working to be as responsive to those needs as possible and will continue to provide equipment loans and distribute refurbished DME items to Kentuckians in need.

Our locations aournd the state may have adjusted their service delivery methods or hours of operation in response to local and statewide COVID-19 restrictions. Please contact your local KATS or CARAT regional site directly regarding their device distribution policies and adjusted hours. We are currently accepting AT/DME donations at all sites by appointment only with curbside drop-off/pick-ups.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause anyone but this is to keep our staff and those we serve as safe as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you would like more information about our sanitization and loan procedures during this COVID-19 pandemic, please contact the KATS Network at (800) 327-5287, or email at info@katsnet.org
